Il voucher ha validità un anno dall’emissione.
Il voucher si considera utilizzato al momento della scelta delle date del soggiorno. Una volta selezionate, le date non potranno essere modificate e il voucher non potrà essere impiegato per un soggiorno in altre date. In caso di no-show, il voucher verrà considerato interamente utilizzato.
Il voucher può essere ceduto a terzi, ma non è rimborsabile né convertibile in denaro o in altri servizi.
Il voucher può essere utilizzato in qualsiasi periodo dell’anno, inclusi ponti, festività e alta stagione, previa disponibilità delle camere. Non è previsto alcun adeguamento tariffario in base al periodo selezionato. Si prega di notare che, qualora non fosse disponibile alcuna data tra quelle desiderate, non sarà possibile richiedere una proroga della validità del voucher.
Il soggiorno è riservato a un massimo di due persone; non sono ammessi bambini di età inferiore ai 14 anni.
Gli animali non sono ammessi.
Il check-in è previsto dalle ore 15:00 alle ore 21:00; il check-out deve essere effettuato entro le ore 10:00.

Terms of Use
The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue
The voucher is considered redeemed once the stay dates have been selected. After the dates have been chosen, they cannot be modified, and the voucher cannot be used for a stay on alternative dates. In the event of a no-show, the voucher will be considered fully used.
The voucher may be transferred to third parties but is neither refundable nor convertible into cash or other services.
The voucher may be used at any time of the year, including holidays, festive periods, and high season, subject to room availability. No rate adjustment applies based on the selected dates. Please note that if availability cannot be found for the desired dates, it will not be possible to request an extension of the voucher’s validity period.
The stay is reserved for a maximum of two guests; children under 14 years of age are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.
